Alaska's Playground
The Kenai is conveniently located just south of Anchorage, and there are many options for getting here. Driving The Kenai is a popular choice, whether you are arriving in Alaska by air and renting a car or motor home, or traveling to this great state by the Alaska Highway. Our two main roads, the Seward and Sterling Highways, are both designated as scenic by-ways and you will find a spectacular new view around every corner. Small commuter air carriers connect Anchorage and the communities of Kenai, Soldotna and Homer, and the Alaska railroad makes daily trips from Anchorage to Seward May through September. Seward is also a popular port of call for cruise lines, you can get an up close and personal Alaskan experience by taking a land tour before or after your cruise. |
